Ce Matcha finement moulu à la pierre a été mélangé avec du sucre. Nous obtenons ainsi un thé vert sucré qui contient toute la saveur du Matcha de Uji.

Ce thé est particulièrement délicieux infusé à froid. Il suffit pour cela, de remplacer l’eau par du lait, pour un matcha latte au goût exquis. Notre Matcha doux d’Uji moulu à la pierre est tout aussi délicieux infusé à chaud.  

Notre recette

Sirop de Matcha

Mélangez 10 g (2 cuillères à café) de thé vert dans 5 cc (1 cuillère à café) d'eau pour obtenir un sirop de Matcha. Vous pouvez verser le sirop de Matcha sur des kakigori ou des crêpes.
