Matcha

Matcha is a Japanese tea made of tea called tencha. Tea leaves for tencha are grown by covering tea plants to block sunlight. The leaves are then steamed and dried without rubbing. That is tencha. Matcha is made by carefully grinding this tencha with a millstone.
