The chicken crispness goes well with the fresh aroma of Lemon Myrtle.
Ingredients
200g chicken thigh1.5 tea bags (2g) Lemon Myrtle Tea
1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch of pepper
2/3 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons sake :
1.5 beaten eggs
1 clove minced garlic
25g potato starch
25g cake flour
Best way to prepare

1. Cut the chicken thigh into bite size pieces.
2. Prepare the breading by combining the lemon myrtle tea, the salt, the pepper, the sugar, the sake, the beaten eggs, the minced garlic, the potato starch and the cake flour.
3. Heat the oil to about 170°C and fry the chicken.
