IngredientsSeafood (1 schrimp, 1 Japanese scallop, a fillet of salmon etc.)
1/2 tea bag (1g) Lemon Myrtle Tea
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
A small amount of oil
1g breadcrumbs (panko)
2g cheese powder
Best way to prepare
1. Salt and pepper the seafood. Put a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the seafrood.
2. Spread the tartar sauce on the seafood, sprinkle it with the breadcrumbs, the lemon myrtle tea and the cheese powder before baking it in the oven.
