You can enjoy these delicious pancakes with butter, maple syrup, honey, fresh cream, azuki beans, mint... or for even more delicacy, you can add Kyoto hojicha milk jam or matcha milk jam!!
For 4 pancakes:
- 200g of pancake mix
- 1 egg
- 150cc of milk
- 10g of matcha
Best way to prepare
Mix the pancake mix with matcha.
Add the egg and the milk, blend well.
Heat the oil or butter in a frying pan and remove the excess with a paper towel.
Pour ¼ of your preparation, when small bubbles form on the pancake, turn it over.
Repeat the process until there is no more dough.
When your pancakes are golden brown on each side, they're ready!
