It features Chikiriya Tea House’s Kyoto Hojicha milk jam.The combination of jam and marmalade may seem strange at first, but it is delicious.
For one person:
150 cc of milk
5 teaspoons (~25 g) of Kyoto Hojicha milk jam
2 teaspoons (~15 g) of marmalade
Best way to prepare1. Heat the milk.
2. Add the Kyoto Hojicha milk jam to the milk and stir.
3. Carefully pour the mixture into a cup and garnish it with orange slices. Add the marmalade of your choice before enjoying your Hojicha latte.
