The Hojicha unique smoky aroma and taste pair well with warm rice flour dumplings (Shiratama dango).

Ingredients

For one person:

6 rice flour dumplings (Shiratama dango)
15 g of Kyoto Hojicha milk jam

Best way to prepare

1. Grill the skewered rice flour dumplings on both sides.
2. Lightly spread some Kyoto Hojicha milk jam over the Shiratama dango while they're still warm!

※Pay attention to not burn the rice flour dumplings.
