An easy-to-make ginger barley tea recipe to keep you warm in cold weather!

This delicious recipe features Chikiriya’s Kyushu Barley tea.

Ingredients

Barley tea: 100 ml
Grated ginger: a suitable amount (If using ginger paste, we recommend you to add 1 cm.)
Honey or lemon: to your liking

Best way to prepare

1. Add the grated ginger to 100 ml of warm barley tea and mix well.

2. Add honey or lemon juice to your liking.

※If using cold barley tea, warm it up in a microwave.
