This pretty traditional Kyūsu type teapot is decorated with small white cherry blossoms on a pink background.
Made in the city of Tokoname in Aichi Prefecture, also called one of the "Six Ancient Kilns" of Japan. Tokoname is among these six pottery producing towns and is considered the largest producing area among them.
