When you pour hot water, the petals will gently open as it revealing its scent of cherry blossoms. It is an auspicious drink used for celebrations such as matchmaking, weddings, peach festivals, and praying for passing exams.
You can pour 15 cups.
Recipe ideas
You can put it in rice to make sakura onigiri, mix it with ice cream for sakura ice cream, or you can use it as pickles.
