Premium Matcha Jo no Mai 20g (0.71oz):

Our matcha is crafted from high-quality tencha leaves, which are covered for 30 days to develop their rich flavor. These leaves are then steamed and dried without kneading, ensuring they retain their delicate taste and vibrant green color. The final step involves meticulously stone grinding the tencha leaves to produce our premium matcha. This ancient method creates ultra-fine matcha powder, enhancing its smooth texture and easy foaming capability.

Our stone-ground matcha from Uji is celebrated for its mellow and smooth flavor and high foamability. This matcha is perfect for both Usucha (thin tea) and Koicha (thick tea), ideal for traditional Japanese tea ceremonies.
