I love this matcha!
It arrived quite fast and the tea has an excellent présentation and quality.
Nice tea , balanced mellow and full tasting,to note, this one is not deep steamed Fukamushi type but the regular one ,still powerful &refreshing experience, 2 teaspoonful per 200 ml of water and can be re steeped 2-3 times

The sweetness is more in the background while the umami is more dominant. I didn't taste any bitterness or felt adstringency. Like I said, one of the best tea's I ever had!
