Launched on March 10th, 2021, our Uji Matcha Milk Jam is crafted with Hokkaido milk, cream and sugar, featuring flavorsome Uji-matcha. The milk jam is meticulously boiled down for 2 hours to achieve a rich, creamy texture and robust matcha flavor.

Uji Matcha is a premium Japanese tea made from tencha leaves, which are shaded from sunlight, steamed, and dried without kneading. The final step involves grinding these leaves with a stone mill, resulting in a fine powder known for its pleasant and mellow taste. The grinding process is labor-intensive, often taking an hour to produce just 40g of matcha.

The rich, earthy flavor of Uji matcha perfectly complements the gentle sweetness of the Hokkaido milk, renowned for its rich and creamy texture, creating a harmonious and indulgent taste experience.

For storage, you can keep unopened jars for up to 360 days. Once opened, we recommend to refrigerate under 10°C and consume promptly. The glass jars are breakable, so please handle with care.

Variations in color and viscosity are normal, as green tea sediments and milk separation may occur. This does not affect product quality. Simply stir well before use.
