Everything went smoothly! I ordered the Uji matcha in October and it arrived in two weeks—really fast (even though I’m only writing the review now, with everything going on). Ordered from Italy and delivered via Poste Italiane. It will definitely be a much-appreciated gift. Thank you!
Hello Giorgia!
Thank you so much for your kind review and I hope that you gift will be enjoyed!
We wish you happy holidays!
Smooth, buttery blend of quality, flavourful matcha. This is utterly delicious and probably the BEST Matcha Spread I have ever tasted.
Customer service was amazing as well, and the representative I spoke to was super helpful with my dietary enquiries.
Hi Zoe, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed our milk jam and appreciate your kind words. Looking forward to serving you again soon!

Maciej, thank you so much for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the matcha milk jam. A little tip: when you’re near the end of the jar, pour in a splash of milk and give it a shake -- you’ll have a delicious matcha latte to enjoy every last bit!
Yummy nice
Thank you! :D
I never received it
Hi Francisco,
As I told you in your message: the post office tried to deliver it in June 22nd but could not. They said they left a notification note in your mailbox. Since June 22nd, the package is marked as « retention » in the handling office, so it probably means that it’s waiting for you to pick it up at your local post office. Unfortunately, this isn't our fault if you didn't receive your package. Let us know if you need any assistance on our side.
Absolutely the best spread for the perfect slice of toast. Smooth, tasty and delicious.

Hi Lauren, thank you so much for your feedback! We'll continue to do our best :D
This is very delicious - whilst a little expensive, it makes for a good time to treat yourself with. Bought it on a whim to make up for free shipping with this company and I'm glad I have. I just wish it came in a bigger container as I want to spread much, much more matcha jam on my toast!
Hi Jessica, thank you so much for your message! We're glad that you enjoyed it!
We are currently thinking about enlarging the size, hopefully maybe next year!
Strong matcha flavour! Best found
Thank you so much! We are so happy that you like it!
Creamy, sweet, and that slightly bitter taste of good matcha. Highly recommend!
