This tea is really very good. The taste is sutle and full of aroma, I truly love the smell of tostaed rice and the refined color. One of the best of its kind. I also used it to cook seafood risotto adding to the rice as part of the fish broth. Superb!

Thank you! Yes, genmaicha is naturally sweet with the roasted rice and has a lot of umami! I'm curious now, is the risotto the same one you added the yuzu kombucha? I really like the idea, that's really creative and clever!
