Each piece of this earthenware baking pan was carefully made by craftsmen who mastered the Mashiko style.
Roundish and lovely shaped earthenware baking pans are particularly popular.
How to use 使い方
Fill the pan with your favorite loose-leaf tea. Swirl the tea leaves over medium-low heat to roast properly the leaves. Stop the roasting as soon as the tea has the desired aroma. The earthenware baking pan can also be used to roast beans and sesame seeds.
